I restored all my configuration from software version 5.21 and apparently all fine but when I plug my box xfactor it do not work when I run controlboard it took long time to get ready then I run live or setup or any other program do not send signal DMX
I can see when the controlboard reconognize the interfase but do not work if I run controlboard without interfase it run fine according to the topic up it should work right with same driver or no?

Software version 6 uses same usb drivers than version 5.
If Control_board of version 5 see the Box interface, ControlBoard of version 6 should see it to.

I going to reinstall the driver because the box do not repond
I am working in a show live and I had to reinstall the software version 5.21 maybe that work

I sorry support but my box does not work
I installed the fix bug file then run the controlboard and opened right then run live it open fine but when I pressed a button the DMX responded more or less 3 seg after then run editor but this does not respond to DMX
I closed whole the programs then open controlboard and it ran 4 or 5 seg after but slow and ran live and did not respond to DMX and I have to close forced the controlboard
also I saw that program live and edit it says controlboard in the corner left top no says live and editor how should be
I have to work with software version 5.2 because 6.0 does not repond
What happen? any idea?

Please confirm this:
- ControlBoard shows the name of the interface in the center of its window
- in ControlBoard -> bargraph, the dmx levels follow Editor/Live changes
- the dmx output works a few seconds, and then it stops

Please tell us more infos about your computer:
- laptop or desktop
- Windows version
- processor
- processor speed
- ram
- approximate date of purchase

1 Yes I show when in the control board appear the name of interfase and says --1 interfase found universe 1--
2 Well the DMX leves I will check
3 Yes the DMX works but few seg after pressed the button and then few seg the DMX output not respond and the controlboard is the blocked.
Then I try to run again controlboard but live does not respond to Dmx output any more

We found a problem with the Box and "Atom" processor.
It is fixed and available in the fixed files.
Please try the fix and let us know the result.

Note: this problem is only with the Box interface.
