When editing a new fixture, I set the channel as Strobe speed per the manual and then set the levels as 000 - 015 as OPEN and then set the 016 - 255 as Strobe. When going into Steps, the fixture strobes slow even when the level is set to any index between 000 and 015. This is in Live View BTW. Question is am I missing something or is there no way to set 000 - 015 to show as Open in Live View?

Don't set the channel as "strobe", set it as "shutter". That will fix your problem
