control via 3 rd party device

Can the SSA be controlled via 3rd party device such as crestron for scene recall? If yes what would be the best practice.

Ssa has input ports from the sub25 connector.
pin1 to ground -> button1
...
pin14 to ground -> button14
pin25 = ground
