can not upgrade to new version + usb problem [fixed]

hi hope you can help !!
i have just made myself a new setup
amd quad core 3ghz
windows 7 64bit
showXpress 6.22 beta
signed driver from website
running Xfactor on separate power supply
i have tried all the usb ports
the showxpress finds the interface ok then when i click 'live' it starts to like stutter on screen but loads
then when i run a scene the dmx jumps/stutters then start to flash on and off
any ideas??
any help much apreciated

Version 6.22 is so far !
We can not help for this version.
Please try with version 6.25, and let us know is still same problem.

ok this is drivin me crazy...lol
i have followed the link and downloaded the file and installed it on the
computer (win 7 64bit) and it has installed as 6.22.
using the same install file i have installed it on another
computer (vista 32bit) and it has installed 6.25
please help

You have to uninstall a version before installing a new one.

used windows uninstall and restarted
what else do i need to do ??

no matter what i do i can only get 6.22beta
please can someone send me 6.25 for windows 7 64bit
i need the computer to gig with tomorrow night please quick

As long as you are using this (
http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... ht_Win.exe) install file and these (
http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... indows.zip) fix files. It should work, elso you have found a bug which is what support were trying to work out.

Try to uninstall the software then delete the entire directory "c:\Programs\SweetLight" then install the software using the links posted above by tomrbland

thank you very much for your help i have done as you both said and i now have version 6.25 installed
the only problem is, i need the "showxpress" software Ver6.25 as sweetlight is not compatible with the Xfactor
sorry...
