The Lighting Controller

Hey guys,

Using an LED fixture, I created 2 steps... White On, and White Off. Each Step is 00.00.25 long, so of course it creates a steady on/off blink. I'm noticing that it is NOT steady. Sometimes it will blink a little faster than other times. I'm trying to make sure it blinks on beat which I'm timing it to the song I'm using. It seems that the blink gets off time, sort of like a quick stutter or delay. What could be causing this? Thanks!

In Editor > Steps (the programming screen), such speed might be not steady.
It should works better in Live (the playback screen).

I tried it in LIVE (the playback screen), and it is still doing the same thing. Not a steady blink, but almost like it has a random stutter and hiccup.

We are afraid it is not possible to make better in V7.

BTW, V8 has been improved in this area. Could you please check with V8, and tell us if it is better ?
Caution: please make a backup of your lightshow for V7, before using V8.

Can you tell me where I can download V8? The chauvet website is still V7. Thank you!
