Poor audio output from Sweetlight

Post by jmarcruiz »

Hello,
I am suffering while using Sweetlight in my PC and connected to Speaker System through mixing table that sound level and quality is very poor compared to Win amp. Do I have access to some setting to make it better?
I'm talking about to play mp3 files from live shows via Time lines or direct media files
Thanks in advance.

Our software does not have any media player ; it just tells to the system (Windows/MacOS) to play it with its native media player.

Thanks for the answer. Can I change this into another player.
Which is normally this native player?

You can try to install additional codecs if you think those provided with your operating system are not sufficient.

Or try uncompressed files like .wav
