Hi,
I am running the ShowXpress (new to the software) and I am trying to add a fixture for the American DJ InnoSpotLed 10 channel. The 10 channel is not on the add fixture list. When I create a fixture for them, it doesn't work correctly, all the channels will move at once instead of one at a time. Can someone please help me with this?

If a profile is not in the list, start with requesting Support to build you one. I make my own custom profiles all the time but it is not the simplest of tasks to the newbie because of all the choices for channel behaviours as well as how each interact with each other.

In editor... Select Ungroup Channels icon next to play icon... Below fixtures/steps/generator tabs

I am running on the SweetLight ( software is new to me) and I am trying to add a fixture for the INVOLIGHT SlimPAR126PRO 9 channel (RGBWA+UV). The 9 channel is not on the add fixture list. In my fixtures software bank not been this Effect. Sorry for my English. Please, help me. Thank you
