Focusing Lights in Generator

Post by mondinga »

Hi,

How can we focus individual lights in a scene that was made using generator? We are using 4 moving heads and one is out of focus. We cannot find a way to adjust the focus, without changing the focus on all 4 units.

What is the best way to do this?

Thank you,

You can edit the scene in "Editor > Steps", and modify the channel values at the desired steps.

Support - Are you telling me that I can edit a scene that was created in generator in steps?

I want to focus individual lights that are part of a scene created in generator. Is that possible in this software? Or if I want to be able to focus individual lights, do I need to always program in steps?

If you could edit a scene created in generator with steps, that would be pretty great. You could make your scene in generator and make minor adjustments in steps if needed.

Yes you can. Just open your Generator scene with Steps.
