Not Showing Fixtures When Playing From Red Marker [fixed]

In Version 7.1.12, if a timeline is played from a red marker point where one or many light scenes have already started, 3D view will not display anything for those light scenes. When the red marker is placed before a scene start on the timeline, everything in 3D view works properly.
In version 6.x, starting in the middle of a light scene resulted in the light scene being played from its beginning. So for example, a 10 second long light scene would begin with the first step in that light scene even though it would have been playing through the steps for x seconds at that point if the timeline was played from the beginning. Video and music would begin playing from the correct time-code when started from a red marker in the middle of the file, however.
My view is that Version 7 should either duplicate version 6.x's behavior or figure out where in the light scene it should begin as if it were played from the start to the red marker.
Thanks as always for your assistance.
