Speed and tap synch (max 300) [fixed]

The tap synch seems to be a little fussy for me. My laptop mouse button is quite sensitive. It seems as if I cannot tap synch any value higher than 300. I can not also manually enter in a BPM higher than 300. In the older version and through the speed button, I could go all the way up to 400. I sometimes use that.

Try tapping the space-bar.

It still does not allow 400 if I manually type it.

OK. I see what you mean. It looks like 300 is the max. If you need 400 BPM, it looks like you will have to save the relevant scenes with a new name and change the step lengths to 0.15 sec.
Or set the step lengths no greater than 0.6 sec (100 BPM) and use the manual speed control in LIVE when you need to exceed 0.2 sec. (300 bpm). 100 BPM increased 400%; equals 400 BPM.
Kind Regards,

Yes, the limit is 300.
This makes 0,2s between each step.
PS: you can also enter the value with the keyboard.

Any way to increase it to 400 down the road?

Not now, because we are afraid the software could not follow.
By the way:
Could you tell us why you need a so fast BPM !!!
Does a BPM of 0,1s make really sence ?

We can do now up to 500 in beta version:
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=398
Please note that this is beta, and we do not guaranty a steady BPM above 300.
Please let us know if BPM is still ok above 300.
