The Lighting Controller

just installed 12 q Spot 460 led lights and one of them has a color wheel constantly rotating i have reset both menus and checked all the settings to no avail, is there something im missing here or is it back to the distributor?

Our opinion (as computer guys) is it looks like one unit is defective.

Try to change DMX cables and DMX adresses, then you can be sure it´s because of the fixture. Or try it with a normal hardware DMX controller if you have one.
