ADJ Tri Par Sound Active

I appaogize of this is in the wrong section. I can't seem to get my ADJ Tri Pars to respond while in sound active mode via ShowXpress 512 on my Mac. Please help me out!
We took a look at its manual and at the profile in our software's bank ("MegaTriParProfile(7ch)").
If you select "audio1" or "audio2" in channel 6 ("effect_macro"), this fixture is supposed to be in "sound active" mode.
