Hi thanks for your reply allan
Ive tryed this twice through the chauvet site but when i unpack the rar file there nothing there
Please advise is there any where else i can download the profile.

The files unpack perfectly using WinZip or 7Zip.

It doesnt work for me john. The msg i get when i unzip is "No archives found" ive tryed this i two diffrent computers and also with winzip and win rar with still no luck. Any way you could send me profile John?
