I have read the link and did everything yall have asked of me to do. I have gone to where you say to download the file for the innno spot led and can not download it. Please stop answering me with this read this crap and answer the question, I don't understand why this is so hard.

You need to be able to download the file from the server,
and then to import it from our software (with the function "import" in Setup).

Thank you for the response. I finally figured out how to download it, but when i imported the fixture profile into the program it does not work correctly. I am able to get some movement out of the lights but it appears the the profile is not mapped out correctly and the functions do not work as they should and the shutter wont open on the lights. Have you heard of this problem from anyone else that has used this fixture profile?

We double-checked with the pdf ; our personality file seems to be correct.
Please compare your fixture with the pdf.
