MIDI controller for LIVE
MIDI controller for LIVE
Ok... this its the deal. I'm thinking in buy this midi controller from Elation, the midicon. Looks great for lighting stuff but i'm planning how to program this. For now, this is my idea.. if you have more ideas to improve (or you know another midi controller) feel free to share
until now , i'm thinking to link the wheels to a "preset button" (with previus auto-start but... how i do this? because i can only controll with midi ON/off but not change the preset parameter.

Re: MIDI controller for LIVE
A preset button (including its slider) can be driven with a midi wheel.

Re: MIDI controller for LIVE
We use an AKAI MPD26 and it works great. It's a lot cheaper then the MidiCon too. Also AKAI makes a MPD32 also that has more sliders and knobs. The pads, sliders, and knobs all work great for what we do and very cost efficient. Just my opinion.

Thank you Josh, I'll take a look at that Akai controller, I'm looking for a midi controller having faders and pads and this can be a very good choice. Would be perfect if they could put the pads of the desired color!!
Thanks!!!!
Thanks!!!!
