The Lighting Controller

I have ShowXpress ver 6.31 and I am running Win 7 Pro 64bit.

We leave the computer on 24/7.

Everything is working with ShowXpress except we come in one day and when we open Control Board it all of a sudden does not find the Universe.

This is now happening on two computers in different locations, one running Win 7 Pro 64 bit and on XP 32 bit.

Any suggestions.

2 similar problems, in 2 different locations, with 2 different operating systems !

We do not think these problems are linked.
May be both installations were in borderline with "ground loop" problem (?)
