The Lighting Controller

Hi,

I'm new to Chauvet Xpress. I bought a 512, 2x 350 LEDs, and the goal post truss (where they are hanging upside down). I have everything operating BUT... when I put the 3D view on everything is in reverse. I played in the inverse pan and thats not the problem. What am I doing wrong? Thanks,

I think I figured out what I was doing wrong. The initial Pan/Tilt values in the setup for 3d view wrong. In addition, I had to change the Y axis orientation to 270 degrees. I have the chauvet LED facing the crowd. Did I get this right?

Now for my second question, I dont see the 350 gobos in the gobo folder (hence they dont appear in 3d mode). Where can I download these?

I would like more info on this as well. None of my moving heads tilt all the way in 3d which makes 3d view pointless. In the visualizer, they dont move more than 45degress from the centered position.
Thought it was just the 350s but tried 250s and the qspot260 as well. Havent tried in simple channel mode. Only 13 or 14.
The lights move in dmx correctly just not in 3d. They do pan fully in 3d.

Please post the personality files (.txt).
We will check them.

I have INTSPOTLED350s also. I had to change the profile to the correct pan and tilt numbers.

Mine ALSO will not display the gobos either in the editor or in 3DView. I see an old sticky post from 2010 about putting gobos in a folder, but don't think that could apply to the current version. Do you have instructions to get the gobos to show?
