Equinox - Quadzilla

Have tried manually creating a fixture profile for this LED 4-head Moonoflower (4 Channel). It won't respond at all to SweetLight D512 Controller. Essentially this fixture shows complete blackout. I tried to create a simple 4-channel fixture and I have tried a number of different DMX Addresses and changed dipswitch settings significantly. Please note that the manual insists that Dipswitch 10 is moved to ON to enable DMX. I have tried enabling DMX Dipswitch 10 and also setting it to off. This makes no difference.
Please note that I am testing individual fixtures with and without a DMX terminator and they are set up directly to the D512 without any other fixture attached. I have managed to get THREE fixtures working very well by creating my own fixture settings, however I can't get the Quadzilla to work. Thank you.
