The Lighting Controller

I just bought 2 CHAUVET Qspot 150 which I try to integrated with Showxpress w/ Xfactor. I have 2 questions
1. Does anyone have the fixture profile since I cannot import to the showxpress since I cannot find it on chauvet folder?
2. when I turn on the light (on the fixture), the light didn't go to reset mode, I can hear the power on and the LED display is on but it only showing "00" can you tell me what's going on? The other one when I turn on ... it show reset.. and move to reset position.

1) The profile for the Q-Spot 150 and the Q-Spot are the same. Please use this profile for your moving lights.
