The Lighting Controller

Please help us we have a big problem with the Showtec LED Lightbar 8 and the Sweetlight dmx512.
We order der Lightbar and the sotware for a customer.
Our customer need the function to controll all 8 segments of the bar. But we are not able to install the bar in Sweetlight, that it works.
Please help us. Perhaps you can send us the correct dmx setup with the 26 channel modus.

We only can control the whole bar, but not the 8 segments

The 8 segments profile is available for the program Pixels.

FYI: Pixels is our best program to control "multi-RGB" fixtures.
