Lightmaxx - Led Par56 5mm

Hi, i can't fix the fixture for my led par 56.
There is no manual on line but here are the dmx configuration :
CH1 000-255 RED
CH2 000-255 GREEN
CH3 000-255 BLUE
CH4 000-189 DIMMER
190-250 FLASH
251-255 No function
