The Lighting Controller

Hi all.

I am using iOS.

I want to launch sound cues on a different mac. Right now I have an Elation Midicon. I wanted to know if I could plug the Midicon to the Cakewalk UM3G and from there split the Midi signal to both computers. ShowXpress software in one mac and QLab in the other. If this is possible, please let me know how to do it or, if there is any other way to use a single midi controller to send midi notes to two separate apple computers simultaneously I will be happy to know abut it.

Our midi knowledge is limited to our software side.
However, so far, the "midi thru" socket on the midi devices is made for this !
