The Lighting Controller

Hello,
I will buy a Software Controller for my DMX Equipment.
And at the Moment I try the sweetlight Software on my Mac.
It Works Good but I miss a important Feature.
Somtetimes I work with a Colour Change Effect.
The colour shall be changed with the BPM from the song.
The Manual BPM edit is too inaccurate, elaborate and complex.
It was easier if I could the steps with the Colour Change with a separate Midi Command.
It is possible?

It is not possible to change steps within a scene, via a midi command.
But it is possible to:
- set "manual bpm" speed for a scene
- tap the manual bpm via a midi command
