PLEASE HELP NEW GUY) 512 light not working

Hey im ready to return this thing to GC. I have the 512 showxpress and was able to make my mirrors work but, my cauvet intimidator spot 350's do nothing. Yes its new dmx yes i have a terminator. Yes the DMX address is correct. IF you can help please please do so. I will buy you pizza or beer (if in chicago area). I need someone that knows what they are doing on this.
