The Lighting Controller

Hi I have 4 pcs of AMD Mega Tripar, I add this to my settings but when I try to control them I get no response on the following parameters.
-Colors will not change whatever I do, i try to change the control knobs and also try the RGB/CMY. I see the knobs changing but the 3D view will not change colors.
-Color macro will not work
The only thing thats work is the DIMMER.
QUAD PHASE have almosy the same problem i the only thing working in 3D view is the DIMMER. (no color settings or pattern)
What im I doing wrong? Or is the fixture not set up right from the begging.
Please send me a fast answer.

Quad Phase already is existing in software's bank.
Inno Scan Led is already existing in software's bank.

hi ok where can i find it?
Why can I dont se the colors on the Quad Phasin 3D then?

1. If you install the current software version (V6.333), you will have them.

2. Because the manual does not specify them (it says only "color1", "color2", ...)

Is this also made for the MAC version?

I still don't get the Quad Phase lights and InnoScan Led to work.
You cant use the colors is only white in the 3D view.
It says " Select a RGB/CMY fixture"
Can you please check this fast...

The software uses same personality files, for Windows and MacOS.

" Select a RGB/CMY fixture" means you have to specify, in 2DView, which fixture you want to operate.
