Adding second express512 and 2nd universe

How do you assign the second express512 as universe 2?
right-click in ControlBoard > select "Settings" > select tab "Other" > set the drop down menu "Quantity of universes" to "2" > click on "Apply settings"
. And plug the 2 interfaces to the usb ports.
There is no usb port assignement. If you need to swap the universes, just swap the usb links.
