Hellow people,

Does anyone knows if for version 6.20 there is a fixture of this Chauvet's 360 LED Pinspot? I found on the directory another firxture with the same name but when I test it and add it to my setup the dmx channels that it is suppoused to have are very different to the ones that come in the fixture of the directory. Here's what I mean:

According to what I know and what's aviable on the chauvet's website, the Chauvet's 360 LED Pinspot has:
5-channel DMX-512
Pan: 540° / tilt: 330° (manual), What does manual means? That I cant be controlled DMX? Or that I need to manually setup the movements on the scene?
Variable electronic strobe
Variable electronic dimmer (0 – 100%)
Vector speed channel for pan

On the one that comes in the Chauvet directory, this is what I see/get:
Pan
Pan speed
Mode
Strobe effect
Dimmer

I'm really confused, could someone please explain? Thanks

The top portion of your question is from the features section of our website. These are simply a small list of features about the fixture (in no particular order). The bottom section of your question below lists the DMX personality of the fixture which can be found in the ShowXpress profile and manual of the product. The profile and manual are correct.

The pan is 540-degrees and can be controlled by DMX. The tilt is manual and must be set "manually" and is not DMX controlled.

I know that, but when I try to use the pan DMX channel on the editor and see it on the 3D view I notice no changes... Really a mess. Please help

Presently, software V6 is only for advanced users (those who know already software V5), because the manual is not available yet.

The manual should be available in less than 2 weeks (big job).
In the meantime, please use software V5 which has a manual.
Then you could discover more easily our software concept which is similar for V5 and V6.

Ive used V5 sometimes, actually I used it a lot last year... But non of the shows I created had to do with an specific time and timelines. They were all bunch of random scenes that I created and mixed up with music. Its great to hear that the manual will come soon. Ill wait, ill read it and get what I need to know.
