About to take the plunge into ShowXpress with a 512 running on a Mac.

I'm a DMX novice, having used small hardware controllers to programme chases and scenes. I am getting the hang of ShowXpress and seems great for what I want to do.

One feature on my hardware controller (Chauvet Obey 10) is the ability to override a DMX channel whilst a chase is playing,

e.g. I have movers moving in a pattern, I can manually override the colour or gobo on the faders.

If there a way to do this in ShowXpress when you have a button activated in Live ?

Of course you can do that.

Ah. I see. By using the preset buttons I can create sliders and do exactly what I need. Awesome.
