The Lighting Controller

Hello,

i work with the actual PC-Version (Win7prof SP3) of Sweetlight and the D512 Box.

Sometimes I have the Problem, that the D512 stops the PC-Link (Green LED) and all Lights switchs off (all DMX Channels = 0). That's bad during the show.

I restart the whole Sweetlight-Software and after that, it works directly... Maybe for the whole evening oder maybe only for some minutes.

Can you help me ?

In order to be sure the problem comes from the interface or not, please try with another computer, and only our interface connected to the usb, and nothing connected to the dmx output.
If the problem still exists, please return the interface to your retailer for maintenance service (this might be a micro failure in the pcb).

Please note that "ground loop" problem can bring usb disconnection (viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1686).
