4BAR Representation [fixed]

Is there a way to accurately (or even inaccurately) represent a 4BAR in the 3D view? I can't figure out how to get the 4 lights independently controlled given the fixture definition that comes with Show Express.

Yea I saw that post... And I guess my question was specifically related to the 4BAR... Since:

"This can be done when the RGB/XY channels are not sharing other channels (like "dimmer" for instance)."

So since the 4BAR shares the dimmer channel, there's no way to represent it in 3D view?

Thanks for the help!

3DView could show only the RGB for each, while the dimmer will effectively not be showed.

Please note that the new program "Pixels" has been done especially for "multi-RGB" fixtures: viewforum.php?f=52

This can be done to a certain degree in 3D.
My solution which I have done for a 4Bar Flex is
1) Import the correct fixture and change the 3Dview to "Not in 3D View)
2) Select correct dmx channels (ie 1-15)(3 is then dimmer and 456, 789, 101112, 131415 are RGB)
3) Create 4 led parcan fixtures of 4 channels 1-Dimmer 2-Red 3-Green 4-Blue and show in 3D
3) Set dmx addresses for these as say 411,415,421,425
4) Setup dmx patching to 3 -> 3+411+415+421+425
4-> 4+412
5-> 5+413
6-> 6+414 and so on
5) In 3D view, group these 4 parcans close together.
Hope this helps
John
