Version 6.32 is ready

The most important news are:
- usb driver install under Windows 8 - meets new Windows 8 enforced signature control
- Generator - colorwheel for "mono" RGB fixtures
- Pixels - improved chaser effect (several points/bars, mirror, ping pong, ...)
- Live - option "Open in Editor" for buttons
- Live - new options for buttons
