6.31 Install issue

Getting this error message when installing 6.31... Can't get past it unless I hit ignore, which doesn't have me feeling to good. Any thoughts???
Looks like a Windows problem (the OS does not allow to delete the EXE file).
Please try to manually delete the software folder.
If the OS still blocks, we suggest you to use tools like http://www.emptyloop.com/unlocker/.
