The Lighting Controller

Ok I had a big lighting event tonight and I had a few issues with the software.

First - as for the grouping every was working for the most part and I needed to look at a DMX channel in the setup page and as soon as I did that the fixture fell out of the group.

Next somewhere about dmx CHANEL 250 OR SO tin Live I had no output, I would build a scene let’s say pars I had 30 pars 7 ch and I hit a p as a hot que to select they all turn on in the editor and look great on the floor but as soon as I save it as a shoe and call it up in live I would only get the first 20 pars and no output after so I had 20 pars around the room and 10 in the middle but as soon as I hit the button to turn them out side 20 worked great but the 10 in the middle nothing and the rest of the lights past those par cans didn’t work either.

What can I do to fix these issues as I have another big event coming in a two weeks and I don’t want to go back to 5.2 can you help get this worked out

Problem 1
This problem is known. It is supposed to be fixed in version 6.20beta1 + fix files.
Please try with the beta version + fix files.

Problem 2
Sorry but we do not really understand.
Can you send your light show and tell what we have to do, step by step, to see the problem ?

I think I ziped it and added it . OK if you make a scene use the pae cans select p for the hot cue you will see them all on in the 3d room and out on the dance floor through DMX woks fine but when you save it as a show and open it in live about 1/3 of the pars stop working in the 3d viewer and no DMX output to the floor but I can use te editer to turn them back on to a color but that is just what I did to get the lights back on to have some kind of light

I hope you can figure this out

also the 1st issue is still an issue even with the fix

Problems 1 and 2 are fixed (in the beta/fix zip file).

PS: it is a nice show !

is there a new fix file because I aready ran the fix and had this issue?

I not sure where I need to go or do next to fix the issue

We have updated the fix file.
Just re-load and re-install it.

Looks like all of my issues are solved thank you for the quick responce...I take it you found the issue, was it somehing I did on my side?
