There is one not compatible interface

I am running Windows 7 64 bit
I get the message "There is one not compatible interface..."
I have uninstalled the software and driver and reinstalled the software and drivers many times.
I have tried to find the drivers myself and I have tried to let the computer find them.
I have tried to run the application as administrator.
I can not get it to work on this computer.
I have it running on my MAC and another PC with similar configuration and no problems.
I have read the other thread which has a response to read a previous post, which the previous post had a post to read another post. I have re-downloaded the newest software and drivers. I only have 1 xpress-512. your drivers are not loading correctly.
