The Lighting Controller

I am running a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X version 10.6.8 software. I downloaded ShowXpress from the website and followed the instructions to open it. The first time I tried to run ControlBoard I got the pop-up asking if I was sure I wanted to run the program. I clicked run, but nothing happened. I've tried restarting my computer and deleting and re-downloading the program. I can't get ControlBoard to run. My dock at the bottom blinks like the icon is going to pop up with the others, but it never shows up. I can't figure out what I did wrong. Anyone having the same problem or know how to fix it?

Sometimes, the first program start take a "long" time (more than one minute) to come up.

Please try again and wait a long enough time to be sure this is not the problem.

Please tell us also the software version.

Just posted the same problem. I've sat and waited for 20 minutes. Nothing happens. The version is 6.30beta5.

Anyone have any ideas? Or is support at least looking into it?

Still isn't working.

We double checked, and the last DMG beta is ok on our Mac computers.
As usually, there is a quiet long security delay (1 to 2 minutes with our computers) to see the window at first start (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=603).

May be this is another problem (?)
In order to know this new problem is only with your computer or not, please try on another Mac computer, and tell us if still problem or not.

I am running OSX 10.5.8 and am having the same issue of the controller board not opening

I do not have access to another Mac. I'll try again and let it sit for a while. If it is just my computer, what could the problem be? It's less than 8 months old and I keep everything up to date.
