Chauvet - MX Qspot LED 2000

I attempted to create a profile for the MX Qspot LED 2000 based off the Chauvet Qspot 260 profile with some adjustments based on the first image below. However, it does not seem to function correctly (had trouble linking channels 3 & 4 Pan fine and Tilt fine) in addition to some other issues. Also, the light fixture would not show steady on - only strobe in show(if it helps using my Magic 260 controller - in addition to Ch11 (Dimmer) being turned up, Ch10 (Strobe) MUST be in "Open" to be on).

Additional information I used in my attempt to create a profile: 60W LED, 540/270 tilt/pan - 14 degree beam angle. I have the manual if you need anything further - please let me know. Can you please assist in helping me set this fixture up?

Edit: The 15 Channel Values and channel map can be seen in the below two posts:

The gobo's and color wheel can be seen here: (in this order - rotate gobo (Ch8), static gobo (Ch7), colorwheel (Ch6)):Image

And here is the channel map (sorry, I have not been able to get the Ch13 movement macros detail from the manufacturer - I know you can't read the small boxes in this image):

I downloaded the attached file, but it didn't work for me. I'm using DMXIS from Enttec, on my Windows 7 PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Most likely due to using different software. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be perfect!
