Stand alone with DMX controller

Hi there !
I'd like to use my Box in "stand alone" mode with a DMX controller (chaman).
I've managed to program scenes in the controller, but when i unplugg USB port and switch my box in "stand alone", nothing happens when i call scenes...
Is it simply impossible, or if there is a solution, please let me know.
By this way of control, i won't have to bring my PC everywhere i go...
Thanks for all you replies...

Got to precise that when the box is plugged on USB port and i call a scene from the dmx controller, everything works well... But "Live" must be running...
Thanks again...

Interface Box can run only one scene in stand-alone mode.
The scene starts automatically a few seconds after power on.

In stand-alone mode, the interface Box can be powered by an external power unit (9-12V ; 300mA ; AC/DC). Then the usb line can be removed.

I know this, but i've got much more than one scene to play, that's why i wanted to use a dmx controller plugged in the box powered by the external power unit, so that i won't have to play my scenes with my PC...

Interface "Box" can run only one scene in stand-alone mode.
To run more than one scene in stand-alone, you have to use the interface "Remote".

Are you trying to use a DMX controller to run a DMX controller?!

I thought the box could record all the scenes so that you can play them anywhere without a PC...
Now i know this is impossible, but it should have been so easier to program all the scenes with "editor", record them in my dmx controller (chaman) and then, play them without the pc constantly running. The PC takes place on the table, and i've got to jump from one to another when i'm mixing (i'm dj).

It sounds like the interface "remote" is what you need. The box simply converts USB data in to DMX, it also has the added function that you can store one scene in it. This scene wil play when the software is not running on the computer but the box is powered up. The "remote" interface works with a remote control and can store many scenes.

Another alternative would be to put your computer out of the way and control your lights with your mobile phone or i-pad.
