Specs: Win 7-64, HP DV7 2. 2.26 Ghz duo core, Radeon Graphics card. 4 gig

What could cause delays when I use the mouse to activate a button? During a DJ gig, or at home... when I hit the hot-key assigned "strobe" (fires the solo scene for strobe) sometimes it immediatley activates, other times it takes a good 1/2 to full second. This ruins the effect of firing effect elements to the music.

Any ideas what could cause this delay?

If sometimes very fast answer and sometimes up to one second, there is a good chance that some other application cause this trouble. We suggest you to check all process in the "Task Manager" system window. You might find another task which sometimes slows down the computer.
