The Lighting Controller

Hi,

I've installed the software on my PC,

The dongle (cable) is plugged directly into a showtec Eco Par 56.

Ive patched it in.

Ive pressed the DMX button on the software but no output on the light.

Any ideas where ive gone wrong.

Can you tried a different fixture? Is it working in 3D view?

works fine in 3D view and tried different fixtures. wondered if you had to patch DMX out to the USB cable or anything?

I remember seeing a previous post of yours with the following response

so if you are still using a Mac, your cable interface won't work.
