The Lighting Controller

hi.

I have a problem with the new software.
i have 4 stairville moving heads that works pan and tilt and color wheel, but i cant get the heads to let the light out, to rake the shutter off.
but when i try the old software it works perfekt, very strange

also i just the software on a gigg where 3 off my moving heads changed there adress severally times by themself, never happend before, also very strange

someone more that have this problem?

Regarding first problem, you can send us the personality file.
We will check it.

Where do i email the file?

And is its name " persinality file" dont find it on v6

??
