The nightmare continue

Apple just checked the app.
The good news is the app works
The bad news is they blocked the app because:
- either they want a more fresh video explaining how to use the app (the existing video shows first version of Live Mobile)
- or they simply missed the link of the existing video (otherwise, this means we must do for them one new video for each new version of the app)

FYI, here are the private details we gave to Apple, to help them to understand the app (when they can not understand the purpose of an app, they block it) .

So we have no choice to make a new video showing all features of Live Mobile (bpm, freeze, ...), and submit it to Apple. This will be done in a few hours.
Then we will wait to for Apple review. This should be done in a few days.

We just released a new video showing the latest Live Mobile app with a recent iPod Touch.

The app is submitted again, only with new "Review Notes". This means the app (binary file) has not been changed, because it has normally already been approuved. So there is a chance the next Apple review will take less time.

In the meantime, please use the version 1 of Live Mobile, which is available here: https://itunes.apple.com/app/live-mobil ... 71103?mt=8

Software version 6.31 is compatible with both versions of Live Mobile.

I wonder if they understand this is a niche app that controls a custom desktop software/hardware combination. Simliar to Presonus's Studio Live or Yamaha's mixer control apps.

If it had been a flashlight app, it would have been approved by now, lol.

Yes, life is indeed not easy for "niche apps".

Sometimes, we are wondering to make it not free. Apple takes 30% for all profits via apps, but 30% of zero makes always zero. Making some money might speed up Apple review actions. But users might not have same behaviour .

Agreed and with how you guys listen to us, add our ideas, etc. I would like to contribute to this program if it can be put towards even better support on both sides.

SweetLight v 6.31

I configured the network correctly configured PC correctly, the system works fine with android, but does not work with iPhone 4s! we tested several Iphone, does not work on multiple networks none, and android without problems.
What is the solution?

Same problem here! Iphone+macbookpro. Nothing happens when the connect -button is pushed. I have another problem to, the Live Mobile-app is only on the US-Itunes, and i - who lives in Sweden- seems not to have acces to this anymore. I notised this when i tried to check if there was a newer update for the Mobile-app.
