Please download this zip file debug and copy its 4 files in your software folder.
(the copy of these 4 files in your original software folder will not affect the normal software)

This is a special executable file (exe/app) with its special library file (dll/dylib), which tries to track a software problem and also an usb problem.
Please run the executable "TheLightingController_Debug" and there is a chance to see a message box when the problem occurs.

Yes, it looks ok for Intel Macbook computers and not ok for M1/2 Macbook computers.
This is again an Apple problem of security.
We will work on this and come back to you asap.

Everything is not 100% clear for us regarding Apple new security rules, but the new zip file on line works with our Macbook M1.
Please try it again and let us know.

Sorry, still won't load Debug, I can see the Debug and dylib have new timestamps, but same error.

Sorry for all these problems.
The problem is we have only one Macbook M1 which is used for both executing the Apple security procedures (binary files signing and DMG files notariyzing) and run the same files.
And it looks like the behaviour is different depending the Apple certificates are installed on the computer or not.

We will keep working on that.
