With software that can evolve to suit the needs of users this quickly then there are bound to be some bugs that aren't found in the beta stages. I recommend using the latest version. Think about it; microsoft have a huge team of developers and testers, Sweetlight/Showxpress don't. Microsoft still have bugs in their software after having their beta being tested by 1000's of people for a year or so. Does that sound reasonable? As far as I know, the software works perfectly OK, I find bugs because I try to.

The problem here is the world "old", upgrade your software.

Question 3: I looked for less than 30 seconds and found this topic: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=48

If you look around the forum for a while, reading, then you will find the answers to most, if not all of your questions.

I hope that helped. Sorry if I sound slightly sharp, but we get many people reporting problems who don't have the latest software installed or they haven't read the forum to check if their problem already exists and has a fix. This software is quickly evolving and it relies on the help of it's users to find bugs. In return for this bug-finding help, feature requests from users can be implemented much quicker leading to the users being able to shape the future of the software more than any other lighting product on the market, to my knowledge. This explains why you see so many bug reports on the forums, the users want to help find the bugs.

Hello!
I have found answears to all my questions now accept this one:

In my old program i dont seem to get this to work: i have tried do make a group that have both 6 pieces of a 250 moving head and 6 pieces of a 250 scan, my which was to controll the x and y paramters at the same time at both fixtures, but it dont seem to work, but when i tried this program just at home in 3d view it seems to work to do groups with different lights that have different dmx schedule but still controll x and y and other stuffs at the same time, is this correct?

I answered it for you! As you see in this post: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=114&p=379&hilit=v5+supported#p379 V5 is no longer supported. The first thing to do to try and fix your problem is to upgrade your software.

Yep, perfect. Good luck.

I warn you, the software has changed allot since V5, it may take you a while to get to grips with it. It is now much more powerful.

I think support will get back to you with regard to PC-Pro. I'm afraid that I can't be of any assistance with PC-Pro.
