This is an issue that is persisting for our customers and they need a resolution.

When the audio file is played from the beginning, the audio will sync correctly, however, when adjusting a fixture in the timeline, and moving the play head to a point just before an edit, the audio ends up out of sync.

This means that EVERY TIME the user makes a fixture adjustment, they need to go back to the beginning of the track to see if the changes they made are actually where they expect them to be.

I have asked the customer to join the forum and provide system details and show/audio files so you can assess and address the issue.

As soon as we receive the wetransfer link with a ZIP of the lightshow and the audio file, we will check that.
Please tell us also the OS specifications.
And a video showing the problem will be welcome too.

Please note also that we found a sync problem in the version 9.3.8 ; this problem is fixed in the fix file for V9.3.15 which is available here: https://forum.thelightingcontroller.com ... php?t=3438
If the fix is not already installed in your system, please install it and check again with it, before posting your report with all you files.

PS: we will publish a new complete software setup with the fix file asap.
