Just double checked the email I sent you. It includes a link to the light show on dropbox. Is that not acceptable? I will resend in case there was an issue.

We do not see the problem here.
Looks like there are old files in your software folder.
Please make a complete new software installation, in a new folder, and try again from that new software.

Would you be so kind as to tell me the best way to do so without losing my light shows? Forgive my ignorance but I run this program on a dedicated PC and I am a Mac user in all other aspects. As a result, I sometimes find the labyrinth of Windows folders etc. to be confusing and I would hate to lose any work. Thank you.

The lightshows are stored in a different location than the software, so there is zero risk that a software install damage a lightshow.

However, a hard disk failure can always happen, so we strongly suggest you to make a backup of your lightshow (main menu > "Export lightshow").

Thanks. I will see if it fixes my problem. I have my light shows backed up many places, but just wanted to be sure everything would still be good.
