Channels not working properly with light fixture [fixed]

I downloaded the latest software 6.25, but the pan still did not work.

Actually no, there are no values visible in the dmx bargraph for the pan.

Considering the other channels have visible values in the dmx bargraph,
is the vertical line of channel 1 in dark grey color (like all channels), or is it in light grey color ?

It is dark grey. But one thing I noticed that is right after the grey line, the next line that comes up is for the upan, which I see the red line for. It would seem like there should be a gap between reserved for the regular pan, even though it does not show up.

If your interface is CABLE model, please check you are using software version 6.25, because we had a similar problem with an old software version (viewtopic.php?f=11&t=71&start=10).

If your interface is not CABLE, and your software version is 6.25, please change the address of the fixture, and tell us if you still can not drive its pan channel (like this we will know if problem is exclusievly for first channel).

Ok, the pan works now. I switched the channel to channel 2 and it worked perfectly.

This means that only channel 1 has a problem (exactely like software version 6.01 with interface Cable).
Please note that, if you make a lightshow with software version 6.01, and later you upgrade the software to more recent version, your lightshow will not work anymore.
Could you please tell us what is your interface ?

The interface is the Xpress 512 Plus.

Ok, so your problem is different than previously mentioned problem.

Could you please send us a copy of your lightshow ? (we would like to understand why you have this problem).

I am sorry, I am confused, what problem are you talking about? The problem with the pan that I had was fixed and now it works fine.
