The "mini din" socket is for 4 digital inputs (dry contacts).
D512 and Remote do not have dmx input.
New interface with dmx input in around 3 months.
"Midi slider patch" feature should be added in software next month.
Is there already a new interface with DMX in?
I want to control Sweetlight with a Showtec Showdesigner 512, reading this posts, that should be possible?
Can you control the BPM than also?
I really like the software, 2 bad that you cant make faders in the Live section.

2 bad that you cant make faders in the Live section.
You can use all faders in Editor (with groups of fixtures for instance), simultaneously with Live.
FYI, it is now possible to use midi faders to drive dmx outputs or preset sliders in Live. So midi input can now do same (and even more) than dmx input does.
