No, it is possible to patch only one midi device at a time, to our software.

Is there any way to add this feature in the near future? I actually just ordered 2 korg nano controllers yesterday, one with sliders and one with velocity pads, for the purpose of using both as midi's.

I'm going to try 3 BCF2000 , two linked as usually and the third with a midi merger on the 2nd Bcf.
I'm just waiting to receive the merger.
Coming back next week !!

In my case i use this tool http://www.tobias-erichsen.de/software/loopmidi.html to send all the MIDI signals firt to a DAW software (FL Studio, Ableton, etc.) and then i route only ONE MIDI OUT to the lighting software... i work using two nanokorg controllers and internal midi notes from the DAW (for precise timelines hehe)
