Chauvet Freedom Par Quad 5 beam is always strobing [fixed]

Chauvet Freedom Par Quad 5 beam is always strobing in 3D viewer in 5CH mode. The fixture profile was downloaded from within showxpress using the import tab. How can this be fixed.

In your profile, the option "visible in 3DView" is not enable !

Anyway, the attached profile should works better.
Please note that the official manual of this fixture does not specify the exact dmx level from "no strobe" to "strobe", so we arbitrarily set dmx level 10.

When I imported the file into showxpress I changed the option to be visible, but thank you for changing the DMX value for the strobe.

I imported the profile that you sent and yes you fixed the strobing issue, but now the light beam stays on all the time (no blackout or off). Also the beams do not change colors (ie amber, blue etc.). It appears that in 3D viewer the only control I have for the light is that I can now change the strobing speed. I am not sure if this is the case when the light is actually hooked up to showxpress but I would like to see the effects in 3D viewer. I have attached the profile you sent and a link for the manual is below.

3DView is not able to show the internal program of the fixture.
In order to use the fixture in RGBA mode, you have to set channel 1 at dmx level 210 (rgba mode).
Please try the new attached profile.

Ok, I understand it won't show internal programs, but will the light work the way it is supposed to in 5 channel mode when connected to Showxpress with this new profile? Or should I just use the 5 channel mode from the original profile and not worry about 3D viewer as having the light working correctly is more important than being able to see it in 3D viewer.

You can use this profile.
When channel 1 is at level 210, you could control RGBA and you will see the result in 3DView.
