There will be no notice about new version, because we had to re-create the app from scratch in AppStore.

The availability only in US store is a new mystery, because the "available in all countries" option is checked.
We just changed this option by manually checking all countries but "Angola" (hoping nobody in Angola use our software with their iphone).
Please check again if you see the app in your country.

Caution: name of app is now "Live Mobile" without "_" character (the reason is this character is not allowed anymore by AppStore).

Hi! I tried again, but the app is not available in the SE app-store:( I downloaded the Live Mobile V1 from the link and it works for me.

The solution is to go back to page 1 of this thread and read the entire thing.
Or click on the V1 link
or wait.. just a bit longer for 2.1

I did a search for "Live Mobile" and nothing came up but the "V1" version did come up, so now I have the original V1, and the new V1. Rolling the dice for 2.1!

We are still fighting to publish Live Mobile (version 2) in AppStore. This is indeed not easy with niche apps.

After one more week, Apple rejected the app because they were not able to watch our second video (they use Quicktime).

Yes, Apple is not able to read that video: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... /demo2.mov

So, we had to find a video format suitable for Quicktime, and we re-saved the video under this format, under the name "demo_Live_Mobile.mov".

This time, we double checked that, with a brand new Macbook with Mountain Lion OS, we were able to watch this video.
Now we have to wait one more week for Apple's answer.

In all fairness, I clicked your link and just get "Waiting for The Lighting Controler" at the bottom corner of my browser (IE 9). 2 min and the video has not loaded. I am in the US if that helps. Maybe it is being blocked some how.

I have Quicktime Pro, VLC, VDJ, iTunes and several other Movie codecs installed and I just got the same shot. The capital Q with a ? over it.

Youetube? FTP? I have an FTP here in the states that I can post it on...

I was able to watch the latest video on my iPhone, the URL is case sensitive.

The first video I could not watch on iPhone.

I clicked this and it does not work, I am not sure case sensitive URLs are even possible at that point if you clicked the same link.

The latest proposed video is: http://download.thelightingcontroller.c ... Mobile.mov
This one is supposed to be ok for Quicktime.
Please double check.
